XERMELO - Patient Website Redesign
OVERVIEW
The XERMELO brand team was looking for a fresh message, so we embarked on concepting a new campaign that focused on empathizing with the daily struggles faced by individuals living with carcinoid syndrome diarrhea, offering our product as a trusted solution to help them regain control and move forward with their lives.
"If relief stalls", followed by "It's Time for XERMELO" stamp, was the approved campaign message for all HCP and patient pieces. Utilizing existing brand elements, I rebuilt the site in Figma, updating the navigation to include primary KPI buttons, home page and interior hero images with new campaign imagery and language, iconography, and clean user-friendly scanability for this website redesign.
A new feature, the interactive Doctor Discussion Guide, leads users through a series of actions and prompts for a downloadable response to questions they can ask their doctor. New CTA content blocks and Doctor Discussion Guide KPIs were highlighted in the navigation and content modules throughout the site.
